This is a train station near my friends house in Womelsdorf Pa. Don’t know any information on this train station. If anybody knows could you post in the comment section please. This is also my first attempt at an HDR photo. I used Photomatix and Photoshop CS4.
Here are two photos that I took very quickly in the parking lot. It is so cold and windy out. I so dislike cold weather.
I had to run to Pathmark and was playing in the parking lot with my new lens and to my surprise I found a theme word. My very dirty chrome rim with five lug knots.
Well today I finally broke down and bought a new lens. I bought the tamron 17-50 f2.8 with built in motor and vibration compensation. I am in love so far with the lens. Haven’t had a chance to really use it yet but it sure feels good on my camera. It doesn’t feel too heavy and so far the focus has been right on the money.
hopefully later tonight I can at least post one photo.
I have added everybody to Bloglines so that I can keep up with the new posts. I could not add Bill. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. If Bill could drop by and help me add him I would appreciate that.
Hello to everyone in this group. I am sorry to be late posting but I had three teeth pulled on Monday and I am just starting to feel like myself again. I am glad to be a part of this group and very excited to get started.
I will be looking in on everyone’s blog that is in my group today.
I am using a Nikon D90 with a Nikon 35 f1.8 lens. Hopefully I will be adding another lens to my system but at the moment I don’t know which lens to choose from. I have been reading reviews and still can’t come up with anything yet. For every good review there is a bad review. I wanted to get another Nikon lens (17-55 f2.8) but that one is so out of my budget.
So on to checking the blogs.
This is my youngest grandson. All my photos of him so far has somebody holding him. This is the first one that I got since he has been able to sit up by himself. So because of that I decided to make this my alone photo.
